Welcome to the White Haven Area Community Library, located in the historic Borough of White Haven, PA. Founded in 1997, WHACL is a private free library dedicated to serving both residents and visitors. The library is located in the Canal Depot Building, Main Street.

In addition to books and video the library has a variety of special programming. We provide FREE computer use and WI FI at both the coffee house Library.
