Welcome to the White Haven Area Community Library and Visitors Center, located in the historic Borough of White Haven, PA. Founded in 1997, WHACL is a private, free community library dedicated to serving both residents and visitors. Housed in the former Lehigh Valley Railroad engine repair shop, the new library and visitors’ center opened for public use in May 2013.
